Value Added Quality/Affordability

Franklin Realty Development Corporation has completed major value-added renovations to such landmark buildings as the former North American Technology Center on Jacksonville Road in Warminster, Pennsylvania. The project, now named CenterPointe Office Center is a 93,350 square-foot example of Franklin’s value-added vision. CenterPointe was quickly followed by 1170 Wheeler Way in Bucks County and was joined in early 2006 by CedarPointe Corporate Center, a seven-building complex in the Lehigh Valley.

The firm actively seeks opportunities to renovate undervalued and functionally obsolete properties into Class A and B+ buildings. These properties are repositioned in the marketplace by retrofitting and modernizing the shells and physical plants and by adding amenities such as new lobbies, elevators, landscaping, state of the art HVAC systems and artwork. This helps transform the entire image of the building, allowing Franklin to offer tenants an excellent value in totally renovated buildings at competitive lease rates while rewarding its investors and lenders with a maximum return on their capital.
